By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

All products are designed with care. Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our items, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. This makes each piece unique.

All prices are listed in AUD and may include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or if a clear pricing or stock error occurs.

All designs, illustrations, artwork and content on this website are the property of Made by Beth and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

All orders are final once placed. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after submission.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes cannot be used with sale items unless otherwise stated.
