Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including choosing the wrong item or personal preference.

Digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
