Shipping policy

All items are lovingly handmade and produced in small batches. Processing times vary by product and are listed in individual product descriptions.

Once your order has been packed and lodged with Sendle, you will receive confirmation and tracking details (where applicable). We recommend using the “Shop” app to follow your delivery.

Made by Beth is not responsible for delays, losses or damages that occur once your order is with the postal service. Any enquiries regarding missing or delayed parcels must be submitted directly to Sendle.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once an order has been processed. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before resending.

We do not cover customs fees, taxes or charges on international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer.
